PURPOSE:To restore a circuit automatically after the input condition is restored and to restore the circuit automatically while minimizing the effect of a fault even when a write pulse or a read pulse is inputted with an abnormal period. CONSTITUTION:A write control means 100 generates an internal write pulse 15 based on an inputted write clock signal 11 and a write pulse 12, a read control means 200 generates an internal read pulse 25 based on an inputted read clock signal 21 and a read pulse 22 and a control means 2 imparts a write and read control signal 30 to as FIFO 1 based on the internal write pulse 15 and the internal read pulse 25 to write/read a cell. |
