PURPOSE:To offer a laser beam robot which can weave laser beam easily and with high accuracy without need to equip an oscillating condenser lens, etc., at the tip of an arm. CONSTITUTION:A 1st inclined mirror 41a is inclined by a prescribed angle from a surface vertical to the direction of the rotary axis of a rotor shaft and set to a motor 42a. Further, a 2nd inclined mirror 41b, too, is inclined by a prescribed angle and set to a motor 42b. After laser beam LB emitted from a laser beam oscillator 8 is reflected to the 1st and 2nd inclined mirrors in sequence, it is propagated in a laser robot RB and a work is irradiated from the tip part of a torch. The weaving mode of the laser beam LB can be selected by controlling the rotational direction, the number of revolution, the rotational phase of each of the 1st and 2nd inclined mirrors 41a, 41b. |
