INTEGRATED DATA CONTROLLER USING DYNAMIC HIPERCHANNEL IMAGE PICKUP

PURPOSE: To provide a data link controller provided with a cyclically repeated basic time sharing channel inside a frame and provided with an equipment for forming an extension channel provided with a band width larger than a basic channel by variably combining the basic channel. CONSTITUTION: This data link controller suitable for performing an operation in an ISDN environment is provided. The controller is provided with the time sharing multiplex data communication interface for cyclically repeating the basic time slot of the frame provided with the (n) pieces of slots. The basic slots are dynamically allocated to the (n) pieces of 'basic' communication channels for supporting the (n) pieces of different communication processes provided with various forms and protocols (n)=32 in an execution example described here.} The basic channel in an environment disclosed currently is provided with the band width sufficient for supporting full duplex voice communication (64kbps) or the other data communication operation operatable within the band width.
