PURPOSE:To prevent an electric shock accident by a method wherein the title panel is constituted in such a way that a short-circuit means is opened of a connecting switch is closed so that a photoelectromotive force can be taken out from output terminals of the panel. CONSTITUTION:A short-circuit means 4 is installed across both + and - output terminals 3 from which electric power generated at a solar battery panel 1 is taken out. A normally-open connecting switch is installed in series with both + and - output terminals 3 from which the electric power generated at the solar battery panel 1 is taken out. The solar battery panel 3 is installed outdoors; the panel is connected electrically; after that, the short-circuit means 4 and the connecting switch are opened and closed by applying an external force. Thereby, it is possible to completely eliminate an electric shock accident when the solar battery panel installed outdoors is connected electrically. |
