PURPOSE:To keep down the residual electric potential in a fixed allowable range after releasing electric charges from an organic photosensitive material and to cope with the change in environmental conditions around the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:An electric discharger 7 including at least two kinds of light sources which are different in emission wavelengths, and a humidity sensor unit 8, are provided close to an organic photosensitive material 1. The environmental parameter detected by the humidity sensor unit 8 is fed-back to the emission condition (radiation illuminance) of each light source. |
