PURPOSE: To prevent or prohibit a bottle adapter from being mounted on a bottle having no proper coded color. CONSTITUTION: A device for filling a liquid anesthetic agent to an anesthetic agent evaporator has a cap connecting tool for mounting the device on a bottle containing anesthetic agent, and the cap connecting tool has a cap having a female screw to be screwed to the screw of the bottle neck. The cap 2 has at least axially extended two slots 8 for receiving a lug formed on a coded color arranged on the circumference of the bottle neck. An outer sleeve 1 has slots 5, 6 formed so as to surround the cap 2 and receive the lug of the coded color.
