<p>The invention concerns surface-modified flake-like substrates, as well as their production from particles coated with organic aluminium compounds. Organic silicon compounds may also be added to the modifying agent. Such substrates are highly suitable for use as substrates for other modified products and can be used in paints, printing inks, varnishes, coating powders, plastics, cosmetic preparations, and in bronzing processes.</p> |
