It includes arch-shaped support elements (3, 4) associated with a storage drum (7) around which the flexible structure may be wound. According to the invention: - the storage drum (7) is arranged above the supports (3, 4) in the vertical plane of symmetry of the volume defined by these supports; - the flexible structure consists of two sheets (6a, 6b) wound in a superimposed manner in the form of inverted spirals around the storage drum (7) and simultaneously movable on either side of the vertical plane of symmetry (X); - the tensioning is carried out by traction elements (8a, 8b) controlled in synchronism with the rotation of the storage drum (7).
