<p>PURPOSE: To provide an implement (cap) usable for a spacer element having no inner screw stripe. CONSTITUTION: This dental cap is a tool made of a material having compatibility with tissues and preferably used to temporarily cover a so-called spacer 2 during the specific incorporation period of dental plant materials 1, 2 in the replacement of a single tooth. A basal portion 12 guides the healing of a mucous membrane to obtain the contour facilitating the fixing of a corona 5, and a fixed possibility to adjust the joint 8 between the corona 5 and the spacer 2 is given. This implement is preferably made of elastic material to excellently fasten and fix the spacer 2, so that it dispenses with the use of a paste and dental cement.</p> |
