The invention relates to a device making it possible to hold and keep perfectly flat a pay parking ticket for urban parking on the interior transparent part of a motor vehicle windscreen. It consists of a rectangular support made of polyvinyl chloride or plastic or varnished cardboard made of two unequal parts the lower part 2 of which is linked to and bonded onto the higher part I with the aid of two small double-faced self-adhesive strips 6 thus forming an application surface 4 and a free space 5 in which the ticket is inserted. The upper part I produces an electrostatic effect 3 making it possible to keep the ticket thus spread flat. The two small adhesive strips 6 are extended on the lower part 2 of the support, outside the latter, sticking it to the windscreen. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for perfectly immobilising and keeping flat a parking ticket on the interior windscreen of a vehicle in urban pay parking so as to facilitate reading by the checkers from the outside. <IMAGE>
