<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid crystal display element of high performance, having a large accumulated capacity, formed with the accumulated capacity in a region of a scanning line and provided with a sufficient numerical aperture with small TFT. CONSTITUTION:A scanning line 2b is formed of a layer equal to a gate electrode in a lower side of TFT. An equal layer to a semiconductor layer, provided with a source/drain of the TFT, is formed on the scanning line 2b and connected to a picture element electrode 15. An accumulated capacity electrode in an upper side is provided on the scanning line 2b through an insulating film.</p> |
