PURPOSE: To massage a salted or non-salted meat product without damage. CONSTITUTION: A massage drum 2 is provided with a driving means for rotating that drum and a terminal board respectively equipped with a feeding port and a discharging port. The inner surface of the drum is provided with protruding massage members 14 and 16 composed of continuously ridged inner walls 4. The inner wall of the drum has a practically star-shaped cross section. Further, the drum is provided with a stagnant timewise range decreasing means, which is composed of internal spiral bodies from 0.1m to 0.8m and matched with the internal shape of the drum, as well. |
