摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten computing time required for processing of a large quantity of data by estimating a voltage and a reactive power, controllable in the entire power plant, based on a generator operating data and a nearest load data and then transmitting thus estimated data to a central load dispatching office or a local control station. CONSTITUTION:Assuming the effective power viewed from an infinite bus 16 side, is PLO the reactive power QLO is set at 0. Effective power P and voltage of a system are then designated and reactive powers Q1, Q2 of generators 10, 20 are calculated. Furthermore, the reactive power QLO is regulated so that the reactive powers Q1, Q2 will be measured reactive powers Q10, Q20 of the generators 10, 20 based on an operating state amount data. Power flow calculation is then carried out with the terminal voltages Vt1, Vt2 of the generators being set at lower limit 0.95pu. Consequently, reactive powers Q1, Q2 of the generators 10, 20 are determined for the generator terminal voltage Vt being set at lower limit 0.95 and then the difference from the reactive powers Q10, Q20 is calculated thus estimating controllable voltage and reactive power.
