<p>PURPOSE: To provide a fluoro-polymer compound material which is especially suitable for use as circuit board base material or as a multilayer circuit board and as a combined layer in other application requiring not only flow properties but proper thermal, mechanical, and electrical properties. CONSTITUTION: A compound material is composed of a fluoro-polymer, which contains at least about 50vol% of ceramic which is coated by zirconate coupling agent and/or titanate coupling agent.</p> |
