CONSTITUTION: A table 10 is movably supported in all directions in a plane of a table, a pin 9 is vertically arranged in a base member 16 rotatable with the axis of rotation as the center, and is engaged with a bearing 20 of the table to be adjusted between a central position P1 and an eccentric position P2. |
