The low pressure compressor is for ecological protection of the environment. The energy necessary to compress the air, is won (to 100 percent) by using the buoyancy of water, using two rotating floats/air tanks. By compression of two bellows, it produces the low-pressure air mixture. The appliance has two end walls, each with a bearing for a main shaft, and couplings for feed air and exhaust air tubes, to generate the rotary movement. It also contains a set volume of water. USE - To add oxygen to dying waters.
