<p>PURPOSE:To stablize a non-overlap clock regardless of the dispersion of elements or the change of operational environment. CONSTITUTION:A detection part 50 is provided to detect deviation information from prescribed non-overlap clock generation timing, and a correction part 60 is provided to correct the non-overlap clock generation timing based on this detected result. Thus, the non-overlap clock can be stablized regardless of the dispersion of elements or the operational environment change.</p> |
