PURPOSE:To make the fixing of a stamper easily and carry out the installation and replacement quickly and securely by installing ring components on the outer periphery of the stamper, disposing padding components on the inner peripheral faces of rings with equal angle in a mold on the stamper mounting side and forming relief channels on the ring components. CONSTITUTION:A baffle pin 48 is inserted into a sleeve 46, and its end is fitted into relief channels 40 formed on a fixing ring 34 mounted on the outer periphery of a stamper 30 and a supporting ring 36. When the stamper 30 is mounted on the molding side surface of a mold and its outer periphery is fixed, the locking of the baffle pin 48 is released. Then the stamper 30 is mounted on the molding surface of the mold in a position where the relief channels 40 are in conformity with padding components 38. Then the stamper 30 is rotated until a stopper 42 is brought into contact with the padding component 38. When the stopper 42 is brought into contact with the padding component 38, the baffle pin 48 is locked to fix the outer periphery of the stamper 30 simply. |
