A process and device are useful for automatically filling transport bags with precisely weighed bulk materials, the predefined filling quantities of bulk materials being cyclically prepared by controlling delivery from a differential bagging weigher (1) by determination of the differential weight, with direct filling of the bags by a flow-type filling pipe (32, 32'). The predefined weight of bulk material is directly fed into bags as a dense flow by a flow-type filling pipe using the shortest route. Most technical weighing problems may thus be transferred without any detrimental effects to the subsequent filling of the differential weigher container, so that they no longer occur when the filling weight is prepared. Very high outputs per hour may thus be obtained, in particular in the case of bagging carrousels (31). |
