The folding screen is made of environment friendly material. It comprises a back (1), sides (2,3) an upper folding back (4) and upper folding sides (5,6). The inner surface is covered with an interchangeable felt with a high absorption for fat. The screen is transparent and heat stable. The upper parts (4,56) of the walls may fold down over the lower portions (1,2,3). The lower portions may fold together to form a square or rectangular assembly.
