<p>PURPOSE:To prevent blurring by detecting output after the blurring is corrected for correcting the blurring of an image occurring due to the movement, vibration, etc., of an object and a photographing device, and carrying out feedback so as to make this detected output zero. CONSTITUTION:Information on the mechanical blurring of a photographing optical system 13 composed of a photographing lens 11 and an image pickup part 12, is detected by a mechanical blurring detecting part 14 constituting a blur correcting part to be driven 15 together with the above-mentioned photographing optical system 13. The output of the mechanical blurring detecting part 14 has signal processing on a mechanical blurring control part 16, and is sent to a blur correcting/driving part 17 as a blur correcting signal. Then, the blur correcting/driving part 17 drives the above-mentioned blur correcting part to be driven 15 based on the above-mentioned blur correcting signal to carry out a blurring correction, so that the blurring can be prevented while confirming the effect of the blurring correction.</p> |
