摘要 PURPOSE:To enable speedy response to a rapid increase and decrease of radiation from a radiation source in a measurement of maximum value and the like of radiation dose during a transient phenomenon in a radiation source or radiation dose from a moving radiation source. CONSTITUTION:Radiation dose emitted from a radiation source is measured with a radiation detector 11 and is output every constant time to a change rate calculation circuit 12. By the circuit 12, the change rate of the radiation measurement value is calculated, which is statistically processed in a statistic processing circuit 13 and is compared with a set value in a comparison circuit 15. If the change rate is judged to be over the set value, a transient phenomenon occurrence signal is output to an average processing circuit 14 and a switch 16 as a selection means. In the circuit 14, the change rate is accumulated on the basis of the transient phenomenon occurrence signal from the circuit 15 and an average change rate is calculated from the accumulated change rate. The output from the circuit 14 selected by the switch 16 is input to an adding maintaining circuit 17 and the average change rate is added to the previous measurement value, maintained and indicated and recorded.
