PURPOSE:To provide an anion exchanger which has low electric resistance, mechanical strength in practical use even if the exchanger is formed into a thin film and high selective ion-permeability. CONSTITUTION:An anion exchanger is obtained by introducing anion exchanger groups using, as a base material of ion-exchanger, saturated thermoplastic elastomers which are block copolymers comprising polystyrene and, for example, polybutadiene and polyisoprene and have no unsaturated bond in principal chains. |
