摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To use a thin film electric device in the human body or in another ionized liquid environment by providing a rigid glass carrier plate, a substrate stuck to the rigid glass plate and an electric circuit supply means. CONSTITUTION: A rigid glass carrier plate 10 has a low thermally expansible glass member having a distinctive thermal expansion coefficient. Further, a polymer material from which a substrate 11 is made contains polyimide having a thermal expansion coefficient substantially equal to that of the low expansible glass plate. By making the thermal coefficient coefficients coincide with each other, electric circuit supply means 22, 24, 26 are driven so that the rigid glass plate 10 and the substrate 11 expand at rates substantially equal to each other when a film structure is set in a raised temperature. While the substrate 11 is separated from the carrier plate 10 to which the substrate 11 has been attached, the electric circuit supply means 22, 24, 26 are not separated from the substrate 11. Thereby it is possible to use the thin film electric device in the human body or in another ionized liquid environment.</p>
