<p>A device is described for dispensing a stable cosmetic or pharmaceutic composition comprising two non-mixable viscous phases (A) and (B), phase (A) being constituted of at least one inclusion in phase (B) and incorporating at least one active principle. Phase (A) is ordered in phase (B) so that there is a concentration gradient of the active principle(s) when the composition is dispensed from the said device. In particular, phases (A) and (B) have viscosities θA et θB respectively, at 25 °C, of: 0.5 < θA/θB < 1.5.</p> |
