PURPOSE:To eliminate the uneven hardness of a product, also eliminate the necessity of carrying an inert pad, increase the productivity and reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION:For forming molding of a main pad and a inert pad of different hardness same mold 1 is used, and through the injection process of respective raw materials (1), the curing processes (2), (3). (4) and (5) and the releasing process (6) are provided, a form molded insert pad and a sheet pad integrally foam molded with the main pad are manufactured simultaneously on the same line. The released insert pad is installed in a main pad foaming mold in the installation process (8) of insert pad after the release agent application process (7), and the injection process (1) of a polyurethane raw material is started again. |
