发明名称 METHOD FOR PRESS MOLDING OF VIBRATION DAMPING STEEL PLATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of damping effect by a method wherein a thin layer composed of a polymer material is held between two thin steel plates so that adhesive parts and non-adhesive parts are alternately arranged to be partially bonded to the steel plates under heating to prepare a steel plate material which is, in turn, subjected to deep draw press molding. CONSTITUTION:A stationary steel plate 10 is constituted of two thin steel plates 12, 14 and the thin layer 16 composed of a polymer material held between the steel plates 12, 13. The polymer material layer 16 is partially bonded to both thin steel plates 12, 14 so that scattered circular adhesive parts 18 and non-adhesive parts are alternately arranged. A molded product 20 subjected to deep draw press processing is heated in the state held between upper and lower molds 22, 24 and the non-adhesive parts of the polymer material layer 16 are bonded to both thin steel plates 12, 14. Therefore, trouble such that the thin steel plates and the polymer material layer are released at the largely stretched part of the deep draw molded product 20, for example, at the part of the peripheral surface 20c thereof is not generated. As a result, damping effect is improved to a large extent.
