PURPOSE:To form a membrane having necessary thickness by performing a series of necessary processes only once using a filter apparatus system wherein a head suppressing the supply flow rate of a sol and the pressure change due to the flow rate is provided between an oxide ceramics forming sol supply source and porous ceramics hollow yarn. CONSTITUTION:A filter apparatus system wherein a head 4 suppressing the supply flow rate of a sol and the pressure change due to the flow rate and a pressure gauge 6 are provided between an oxide ceramics forming sol supply source 5 and porous ceramics hollow yarn 2 is used and the sol is supplied into the hollow yarn and forcibly filtered to be dried and baked. As a result, when an oxide ceramics membrane is formed on the inner wall surface of the porous ceramics hollow yarn using an oxide ceramics forming sol, the membrane with necessary thickness can be formed by performing a series of necessary processes only once. |
