PURPOSE: To obtain a method for actualizing user access to plural resource objects in a decentralized data processing system having plural resource managers. CONSTITUTION: Reference monitor services 44 and 50 are established and plural access control profiles are stored there. Then, a selected access control profile is exchanged between the reference monitor services and resource managers in response to trial access to specific resource objects 42, 48, and 54 controlled by some resource managers 40, 46, and 52. Then, the resource managers controls access to the resource objects by using the exchanged access control profile.
