<p>An improved method for detecting antibodies is disclosed. The method involves the steps of a) mixing the specimen with a diluent comprising superoxide dismutase, and b) contacting the diluted specimen with at least one recombinant antigen expressed as a fusion protein with superoxide dismutase.</p> |
