Device for fixing balcony to concrete joist or beam

The reinforcement iron rods (10,12) are screwed into a U-profile (8) after the balcony plate (2) has been fixed in the correct position at the edge of the beam or joist. The U-profile is welded to the free end of a fixture plate (22) anchored to the free end of the balcony plate and projecting outwards from its one side edge. The reinforcement rods run at right-angles to the body of the U-profile and are anchored in the beam or joist when it is moulded. Insulating material, pref. stone wool, is inserted between the balcony plate and the beam or joist for the mould of which is forms an edge. Several upright fixture plates (22) are used, anchored in the balcony plate, and their ends moulded into the balcony plate have a U-profile welded firmly to them to improve the anchoring of the fixture in the balcony plate.
