PURPOSE:To prevent a radio wave noise generated from the ignition circuit, by igniting Q switch laser. CONSTITUTION:Q switch laser 10 is composed of laser medium rod 11 such as YAG, mirror 12, 13 and supersonic wave light modulator 14. Signal from contact braker 33 is used for triggering monostable-multivibrator 36 through wave reform- ing circuit 35. When output from high frquency oscillator 21 is applied to supersonic wave light modulator 14, the modulator 14 operates to stop oscillation of laser, but energy is accumulated in medium rod 11. Output from high frequency oscillator 21 is inhibited by analog switch 22 due to an output from monostable-multivibrator 36, operation of modulator 14 is stopped, and giant pulse laser beem is obtained. This laser beam is applied to each cylinder through the light switch 45 controlled by switch driver 41, 42 in light distributer 40. Any radio wave noise can be eliminated because spark discharge is not carried out. |
