<p>PURPOSE:To make the joint detection hole to detect a joint part between photographic printing paper without interrupting cutting operation of the photographic printing roll and facilitating response to change of hole position due to change in width of cutting. CONSTITUTION:The mobile mount 12 is moved in the direction of the width of the roll 32, the desired mount 12 is sequentially stopped at the specified positions, and the punching means mounted on the mobile mount 12 is operated at the place of stopping. After a multiple number of joint detection holes are punched and installed, a leading tip part of the roll 32 is cut in the direction of the width in the position separated from the position of the joint detection hole by a specified distance by the cutting means mounted on the mobile mount 12. The procedure described above is carried out before joining the roll 32 to a previous roll.</p> |
