PURPOSE:To improve initial strength and acid resistance by incorporating a latent hydraulic material, reactive silica material, calcium fluoroaluminate, inorg. sulfate, and the hydroxide of an alkaline metal as essential components in the above compsn. CONSTITUTION:The above compsn. is obtd. by compounding 3 to 30 pts.wt. (hereafter refereed to as pts.) reactive silica material having <=5mu grain size [e.g.: sodium silicate of 0.1 to 5.0 Na2O2/SiO3 (molar ratio)], 100 pts. calcium fluoroaluminate of 1000 to 8000cm<2>/g grain size in Blaine value [e.g.: xCaO.yAl2 O3.zCaF2 (x/y/z is 1/0.65 to 1.5/0.01 to 0.32 molar ratio), 5 to 40 pts. rapid setting component consisting of 50 to 300 pts. inorg. sulfate (e.g.: II type gypsum), 1 to 30 pts. hydroxide of the alkaline metal, (e.g.: NaOH, and if necessary 0.1 to 5.0 pts. water-reducing agent (e.g.: salt of alkyl naphthalene formaldehyde sulfonate condensate) with 100 pts. latent hydraulic material of >=2000cm<2>/g grain size in Blaine value (e.g.: water granulated slag). |
