PURPOSE:To improve a fuel comsumption ratio and emission by controlling a torque fluctuation quantity to be larger when the torque fluctuation quantity is stabilized within a tolerable range for a desired torque fluctuation quantity for a torque fluctuation control device which compensates control parameters for an internal combustion engine so as to put a fluctuation quantity between cycles for generated torques of the internal combustion engine within the tolerable range for the desired fluctuation quantity. CONSTITUTION:A measured torque fluctuation value TH being continuously within a tolerable range of a desired fluctuation quantity for more than a predetermined period is detected (step 305). When it is detected, a threashold value (KTH-alpha) on the smaller torque fluctuation side is changed into a value (KTH-gamma) on the larger torque fluctuation side (step 307).
