The invention relates to an arrangement of a belt, a wrist-watch strap or a similar band with an adjustable buckle and a slidable loop (8), the free end of the band and the loop being provided each with one of two magnetically attracting means. The free end of the band (2) or the loop (8) is, according to the invention, provided with a through hole (1) in which a permanent magnet (3) is positioned that has a thin, ring-shaped flange (5), preferably at half the height of the magnet, which bears on and is glued to or is attached in any other way to the band material, which extends around the punched hole (1). |
