PURPOSE: To form a nonskid material by projectingly providing low foamed resin packed in a bathtub bottom part or the lower empty place of the floor surface of a place outside the bathtub through a through-hole pierced on the bathtub bottom part or the floor surface of the place outside of the bathtub, etc., facing a bathtub bottom or the upper surface of the place outside the bathtub. CONSTITUTION: Many through-holes 2 are pierced at the bottom part 1'1 of the bathtub formed by a stainless steel plate or the like. Then, an inner mold 6 for which recessed parts 7 respectively corresponding to the through-holes 2 is oppositely placed, the low foamed resin 4 such as hard urethane foam or the like is injected into an empty place formed by the bathtub bottom part 1'1 and a reinforcing plate 3. Thereafter, when the inner mold 6 is removed, this nonskid material 5 is formed on the upper surface of the bathtub bottom part 1'1 . In such a manner, a nonskid effect is substantially improved, high safety against slippage is maintained and manufacture is facilitated. Also, by using a flexible foaming material, a texture is improved. |
