摘要 PURPOSE: To electrochemically measure at a low potential without danger of disturbing reaction by differentiating the substance formed by oxidation at an electrode from reducible substance used first. CONSTITUTION: Analyzing material itself is oxidized by oxidereductase, and hence formed with corresponding enzyme substrate or the material is converted to compound capable of being oxidized by the oxidereductase in one or several preliminary reactions or preferably enzyme reaction. The electrons generated during the oxidation are proportional to the quantity of the material to be measured. When the electrons are moved to the electrode by reducible substance, it introduces the scale relative to the material to be measured. Thus, the reducible substance is reduced in an enzyme manner, oxidized at the electrode. Since the oxide substance different from the substance used at the initial as the reducible substance is formed at the electrode, electrochemical measurement can be conducted without danger of disturbing reaction particularly at a low potential.
