PURPOSE:To decrease a minimum pulse width able to be formed and to prevent occurrence of jitter at an ultrahigh speed operation by cancelling currents charging and discharging a junction capacitance of each transistor(TR) at the transition. CONSTITUTION:Differential connection circuits 1, 2 are connected respectively to input lines Q/QB of a cascode amplifier 7 so that the polarity of outputs outputted from each of collectors of respective TRs 1a, 1b and 2a, 2b is opposite to each other. Then when a pulse is given to input terminals IN, INB, same numbers of TRs whose base voltage changes from L to H and whose base voltage changes from H to L are connected to one input line. Thus, currents charging and discharging a junction capacitance of each TR are cancelled together at the transition. Thus, no noise appears at an output terminal CB. |
