PURPOSE:To constitute the system so that a user can select an optimal service store, and also, an arrival to the service store is executed as per an arrival scheduled time. CONSTITUTION:An information center 14 has position information of plural. service stores 15 selected by a user, and a road management center 13 has traffic jam information of a rod on which a vehicle 11 in which the user is on board runs. Also, on an on-vehicle terminal 12, a selecting means 16 for selecting a service store and a desired use time is provided. In such a way, a service store calculating means 20 specifies the service store and calculates its arrival predicted time, based on position information of plural service stores, road jam information, vehicle position information specified by a vehicle position specifying means, road map information stored in a map information storage part 19, and selecting information of the selecting means. |
