<p>PURPOSE:To realize the MUSE decoder which can simplify, miniaturize the entire configuration and stablize entire operations by increasing a processing part to be operated by a low-speed operating clock frequency. CONSTITUTION:A 11:12 time base extension part 40 is interposed between a low frequency replacement part 20 and an inverse matrix part 21. Namely, the time base of a luminance signal is applied from the low frequency replacement part 20 to the inverse matrix part after being extended at 11:12 by the 11:12 time base extension part 40. This time base extension part 40 is actually composed of a memory and executes time base extension by writing data according to the write clock signal of 48MHz, for example, applied from a control signal generation part 14 and reading the written data according to the read clock signal of 44.5MHz.</p> |
