PURPOSE:To obtain a planographic printing plate with excellent ink arrangement and gum detachment by exposing an image, and then carrying out development with an alkali water solution with specific pH and substantially not including an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:Even for a sensitive planographic printing plate which has a sensitive layer including a diazo compound, a lipophilic polymer compound and sensitive agent, an alkali water solution which has a pH of 8 or more below 12 and substantially does not include an organic solvent is used as developer. |
