PURPOSE:Not to only rcduce a multipath noise but also make the whole antenna part small-sized, by arranging plural antenna elements at a prescribed angle, and selecting the output of said antenna elements. CONSTITUTION:The peak directions of distribution of directional patterns are arranged at an equal angle to each other, for instance, so as to be orthogonal to each other, and both the outputs of the loop antennas 1a, 1b are provided to the high speed switching circuit 12 through the impedance conversion and balanced- to-unbalanced circuits 10a, 10b, respectively. The circuit 12 amplifiers two input signals alternatively, and swithces and outputs it to its output terminal. The output terminal of the circuit 12 is connected to the input terminal of the front end part 14 of the FM tuner 13. The multipath noise detection circuit 17 provides a trigger signal to the FF circuit 23 which constitutes a control circuit 22 of the circuit 12, when a multipath noise has occurred in an output of the IF part 15. The output of the FF circuit 23 becomes a control input of the circuit 12, and commands a switching operation of the circuit 12. |
