PURPOSE:To improve the separating performance of a column for chromatograph and to prevent the crystalization of a sample in the column for the chromatograph by dissolving the sample into supercritical fluid to a saturating degree when the supercritical fluid wherein the sample is dissolved is introduced into the column for the chromatograph. CONSTITUTION:When a sample is in the saturated state, loop selector valves 30, 34 and 38 are changed to auxiliary valves 32, 36 and 40. Supercritical fluid contained in the sample is introduced, and the volume in the entire loops is increased. Then, a flow-path selector valve 24 is changed to the side of a high- pressure pump 12, and the supercritical fluid contained in the sample is circulated in the loop. Thereafter, the fact that the sample is completely dissolved in the supercritical fluid to the saturation degree is confirmed with a detector 42. Then, the supercritical fluid is introduced into a column 18 for the chromatograph. |
