发明名称 Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Abscheidung von feinteiligem Cyanurchlorid aus der Dampfphase
摘要 1,095,454. Condensation of vapour; sprayproducers. DEUTSCHE GOLD UND SILBER SCHEIDEANSTALT. Aug. 16, 1966 [Aug. 21, 1965], No. 36648/66. Headings B1B and B2F. [Also in Division C1] Cyanuric chloride is obtained in finely-divided solid form by introducing cyanuric chloride vapour through pipe 122 into a vessel 201 into which is sprayed, through nozzle 113, a coolant liquid (e.g. methylene chloride or chloroform) which vaporizes while causing condensation of the cyanuric chloride vapour to finely-divided solid particles, a gaseous and/ or vaporous medium being fed to the contact surface between the cyanuric chloride vapour and cone of liquid coolant emerging from the nozzle. A stream of the gaseous and/or vaporous medium may also be introduced into the upper part 206 of vessel 201, and the medium then flows downwards through screen 207. The finely-divided solid cyanuric chloride collects at the base of vessel 201. Nitrogen or air may be used as gaseous medium, or the vapours of the volatilized liquid coolant may be used as vaporous medium. As shown in Figure 2, the gaseous medium is fed through pipe 116 to an annular pipe 114 surrounding the nozzle-pipe 111. The gaseous medium flows out through annular gap 117 onto the tip of the cone of liquid coolant emerging from nozzle 113. At its lower end, pipe 114 has a heated annular space 115. Pipe 111 is provided with thermal insulation 112. Pipes 122 and 118, for introducing cyanuric chloride vapour, is surrounded by a heating-jacket 119, 121 which is supplied with the same heating-liquid as annular space 115. The temperature inside vessel 201 is kept above the boiling point of the liquid coolant by metering the cyanuric chloride vapour, liquid coolant, and/or gaseous medium. The wall of the vessel may be heated by jacket 203. The vapour formed by evaporation of the liquid coolant flows from vessel 201 through pipe 209 into column 211 where the vapour is, at least partially, condensed by contact with downflowing cooled condensate which has been pumped into the top of the column through heat-exchanger 213. Part of the liquid coolant is conducted to nozzle 113 by pump 215. If the vapour of the coolant liquid is to be used as vaporous medium in vessel 201, the medium is transported into the vessel from the top of column 211 by fan 216. The cyanuric chloride vapour to be condensed may be in admixture with a carrier gas such as air or nitrogen.
