PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of a release processing by detecting a fault at the time of read-out of data, and reporting its generation to a diagnostic processor part. CONSTITUTION:A diagnostic processor part 6 outputs a diagnostic read request through a control line to a memory control part 5 in order to store an important part in a memory device 4, and sends an address to an address register 7 through an address line 56. In this case, when the diagnostic read request is received, the memory control part 3 switches an address selector 8 to a diagnostic read side, accesses the memory device 4 with respect to the address stored in the address register 7, reads out output data 59, and stores it in a read data register 13. The stored data is sent to the diagnostic processor part 6 through a data line 60 and sent to the device through a data line 66. |
