OPERATING METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To provide an intelligent help system which proposes other commands within a specified similar range to an ineffective command when a user inputs the ineffective command. CONSTITUTION: Plural intents defining the purposes of various commands that can be executed by the system are stored in the system. When the user inputs a command including an error, the system analyzes the intent defining the command including the error and compares the meanings of the intent including the error and other intents with each other. When another intent included in a specific similar range is found through the comparison, the command defined with the found intent is generated as a proposal to the user.
