PURPOSE:To obtain a mounting structure where a semiconductor photodetective device and a semiconductor light-emitting device can be separately and easily replaced. CONSTITUTION:An elliptical cutout 1a and an optical semiconductor device mounting hole 1b are provided to a mounting flange 1, a mounting flange 1-1 out of the two mounting flanges 1 where a photodetective semiconductor device 2 is fixed to the optical semiconductor device mounting hole 1b and the other mounting flange 1-2 where a light emitting semiconductor device 3 is fixed to the optical semiconductor device mounting hole 1b are made to overlap each other in an opposite direction to constitute a mounting structure.
