PURPOSE: To record the output of a high-speed computer by forming a conductive layer with the conductive coating film of the conductive composition consisting of a polymeric binder and a specified conductive powder. CONSTITUTION: This element consists of the substrate, conductive layer and dielectric layer in this order. The conductive layer is formed with the continuous coating film of the composition consisting of a polymeric binder and a conductive powder. Amorphous silica or a silica-contg. material is attended with the two-dimensional network of the crystallites of tin oxide contg. antimony in this conductive powder, and the antimony content is controlled to 1-30wt.% of the tin oxide.
