PURPOSE: To improve the quality of drink and to increase the quantity of syrup to be produced in a ratio setting device for drink. CONSTITUTION: As the function of mass flow rates of drink components to be supplied to a ratio setting device 50, the ratio setting mixture of these components is controlled. The mass flow rates of drink components are measured by Coriolis type mass flowmeters 54 and 60 and from these measured results, the regulated values of volume flow rates of respective components are determined by a controller 68. While using the determined water-to-syrup volume flow ratio, a signal for controlling the ratio setting mixture is determined, this signal is sent from the controller 68 to an actuator 70, and the flow rate of water to a mixing tank is regulated by controlling a valve 72. Thus, the ratio of mixture can be highly accurately maintained within a reference range. The controller 68 determines accuracy in regulation and efficiency in mixture and the entire ratio setting device as well. |
